Sri Matre Namaha

Niṣpāpā – The One Hundred & Sixty Sixth name in Lalitha Sahasranamam.

Nirgatani papani yasyah sa

She is devoid of sins

She is without sins.

Sins arise out of desires.

Nis Means Nothing / Nil and Papa means Sin / Transgression; hence  Niṣpāpā means with no sins

We have already seen that She is without desires (156 neeraga).

Krishna says in Gita IV.14 ‘There is no work that affects me nor do I aspire for the fruits of action’.
